I called to refinance and was told I was eligible for $300 which would of only added $3 dollars to the new bill. When I got to the store I was told I wasn’t eligible for the option. Sales representative stated she tried to call earlier in the day to let me know I wasn’t eligible because of my paystub. Funny thing is paystub wasn’t even given to her until I arrived. So how was it possible to know I’m ineligible because of my paystub if you haven’t saw it yet.

Tonya/Gena at Mariner Finance was a big help to me in dealing with a bad situation streaming from the COVID pandemic and both went above and beyond to assist me. I highly recommend this facility to anyone that needs help.
