My refi has been dragging on since June. The customer service is terrible. I am constantly having to call for updates because no one calls me. I wish I would have went elsewhere.

I feel so welcomed ever time I walk into a Third Federal Savings & Loan. Friendly staff and welcoming atmosphere. This have been my bank since 2005.

I call twinsburg branch on Thursday 4/16/20 to find out what the hrs are told Only open to 1.00 .I ask how late open on Saturday told open till 1.00 drive down on saturday only to be closed. U suck

Fast service Easy access and the highest savings interest rates in town . Also very competitive borrowing rates.
