Beth was amazing to work with! Being a first time home buyer can be very stressful but with the help of Beth it was a breeze the entire way!

I am actually not sure what kind of interaction I was expecting from who spoke with or what his role really was in the mortgage loan process or even what the call was for. That expectation was never voiced upfront or explained. What I can say is the gentleman was very rude & aggressive. He made a very unprofessional commitment after I shared various aspects of my financial picture and I said I don’t like being talked to like that in what appeared like a sales call, and I was told by him that I needed to convenience him that I was basically mortgage material for his mortgage company. Again I am still trying to figure out what kind of call that was. I will be passing along this review to OHFA (Ohio Housing Finance Agency) as that’s where I got this information from. As a 20 year professional in your role, sir, you saying that you have a place to live regarding my financial picture as a way to put me down or put me in my place is abhorrent. I absolutely do not recommend this company to anyone.

As a first time buyer I needed lots of help and had many questions along the way. She was patient and understanding and explained everything. Their rates beat out all the competition, but they truly shine in their customer service. I'd recommend them to anyone!
