Very rude customer service from Allison. Glad I realized the horrible customer service before opening an account. Very sad as I was opening a business account. I'd fire anyone in my business that treats customers how my wife and I was.

I have banked with Vacationland several years. I have always used the Sandusky branch. However decided the other day to stop in this branch here in Vermilion. I was treated terrible as I had an issue with a possible fraud on my account and needed to have things temporarily held and or stopped. However was told by 3 people that I am unable to do this. I called Sandusky they advised me yes I can that any member has a right to stop possible fraud on their account. I went back in to the Vermilion branch a 2nd time and was being treated very rudely and was told to go to the Sandusky branch that they would even call ahead for me!!!! RUDE This branch treated me as good as the account balance on my account!!! I will NEVER go in this branch again!!! You can teach someone how to do a Job however you can’t teach a person Customer Service. They either have it or they do not!!! Zero stars out of 5!!! Wayne.

25 years strong. My wife and I have tried other banks but none have come close to the service we got from Vacationland. I would highly recommend using this bank before trying the big corporate banks.

All this bank does is charge you fees for everything! This is the absolute worst bank I have ever been too. 20/10 do not recommend.

My favorite bank I have EVER had. Less fees than I've ever paid. Hardly ever a problem and quick to explain or fix anything for a few years now. Always friendly.

After 19 years of banking with VFCU, we're closing all our accounts and transferring to another financial institution. Countless years of dealing with loan officers who've tried to tell us our car loan rate will be 12%+ because of no collateral (the car is collateral), or another attempt at gaining a loan and waiting over a month for them to approve the application, only for them to tell us it was never submitted. There is no interest earned on savings accounts, unless you open a money market of over $5000. Then there are the FEES! Multiple overdraft transfers from savings to checking in one day at $3 a piece, instead of one lump transfer. Final straw was discovering today that a $3 transfer was initiated when our account never went close to being at $0. Was told "on the backend" it was at $0. Reviewed my statement, never went below $400. We stayed this long because of how much we love the tellers - but enough is enough.
