There are so many refinance options to pick from. Consider Top Flite as your last choice. We have been trying to refinance our home with Top Flite for 4 months. It has been nothing but a run around. They make you believe you will lock the loan and close shortly after every week. They have given us a 98% percent chance, down to a 91% chance last Friday that our loan will close. There are big at telling you, "everything looks good" but you need to pay down a credit card or 2. We did this, only to be told that it wasn't good enough. We have paid for an appraisal, made the mostly cosmetic repairs they said we needed to do. In a nutshell, this process has been a waste of time and money. If I could give them 0 stars, I would have. I reported them to the BBB, hoping that others do not experience the nightmare that is Top Flite. We are dealing with the cranberry township office. I will forward my review to them.

Ryan and his team were nothing but nice and professional to my fiancé and I through our home buying process. They made things easy and were very transparent throughout the entire process.
