Went in there to sell my computer and they wanted to offer me 350$ For a computer and monitor that’s worth 3x that don’t take your Pcs in there cause you will get lowballed like no other

Manager tried to get someone else to pay $200 for a very obviously used pair of headphones that are $200 brand new.

It was ok they had a lot for sale not to bad prices.i gave 4 stars their was just to much paper work it took longer for that then to walk around an look at everything

The girls are always super friendly and offer great prices. I can always find a good deal when I stop in.

Really we go into this business occasionally and usually purchase something today my husband asked to look at a gun he’s been searching for and when he asked the lady smartly said sure you can look at it through the glass. E turned and she was lik me oh he will show it to you. Guess what no he won’t nor nothing else in the future because we won’t be going back ever!

Ive been a loyal paying customer here for over a year now and ive had no trouble what so ever going through them but after there employee change and name change they have went down hill tremendously. For one the employees are rude and have no customer service skills at all which is crazy to me when that is all you deal with on a day to day basis and to top it off they tell me i have a 65 percent pawn rate knowing damn well ive always paid back my pawns because i pawn the same two items everytime and there only in pawn two weeks until payday then i get them out so thats wrong and lastly i have gotten the same amount everytime i have pawned here but this time they only wanted to loan me a fraction of the amount which is crazy seeing as how i have paid it back everytime and my item was well valued over the amount lended after this i most likely wont be using them again ill make an extra 20 min drive just to avoid the hassle and a very bad day

New employees are very rude and not the polite staff I'm used to. I canceled all layaway and won't return until something changes.
