Wish I could give this 0 stars. Like pulling teeth trying to get a human on the phone. Have been trying to complete a transfer to an external bank for months, used to work but now it says "your maximum transfer amount is $0.00 in 7 days" closing my accounts as soon as I am back in town and get a chance.

Constant account issues with this place. They'll purposely hide pending transactions to get you to overdraw your account, so that you'll get an overdraft fee. The overdraft fees then will stack on multitudes. Sickening business practice and after 6 years of being a member of Atomic Credit union I will no longer be a part of their services.

I heard great things about this place from others who banked there. I run my own cleaning company and was tired of hidden fees from the fat cats so I decided to try one of the smaller businesses and opened an account with Automic Credit Union.... The person who opened my account was friendly and very nice but when I went to cash/deposit my checks the tellers were taking awhile I asked if there was an issue they asked if I knew anyone there? I said no I’ve never banked here before friends of mine refered you guys they said you were great... They regrettably said that unless I knew someone there they’d be happy to deposit my checks but they’d have to hold them for 7 business days. I said “Youre saying you’re going to hold all my checks for 7 days?” The woman seemed condescending “Well, no we certainly will not” I said “So you’re going to do that now and then until when?” She said “we’ll that’s up to the manager”... It was very unprofessional I do not wait for a paycheck from my employer my checks from my clients are my paychecks and I have never ever had a problem with anywhere else whatsoever in cashing/deposting my checks. Further more who’s going to wait 7 days after for a deposit that needs “approved” until the manger decides otherwise. It was absolutely ridiculous. If there is a policy like that and I’ve certainly never heard of one. Then at least have the decency to stand by your polices not oh well we will do this for you if you know someone here. I wasn’t just walking into the bank expecting my checks cashed and didn’t have an account I had two! I’m not sure what kind of manager is working there or what kind of CEO or owner is operating that place but I was not impressed.. So I took what would have been my 4 to 5 grand a month in deposits and went elsewhere. I only wish someone would have told me they do not welcome business owners....unless you already know them... to their bank. It was a complete waste of time. Oh well. Desco Federal Credit Union is much better. I would advise to invest your money into a place that’s doing well enough they’re not worried if they know you- they get to know you. Perhaps the place is on the rocks and isn’t doing financially well. It certainly wouldnt surprise me with service like that.

My father was going in to get a loan for tractor and due to all the extra craziness he wasn’t able to do it the way we usually do it. However he was blessed with a employee who went above and beyond to help him in getting the information needed. A huge THANK YOU to Ogga at the Waverly, Ohio credit union.

been banking here for over 40 years..the phone system isn't real friendly..the online app is pretty basic..the Waverly branch staff is wonderful

Do not bank with this company. My debit card was stolen and used for several hundred dollars which I disputed and they had me jump through all kinds of hoops and ultimately DID NOTHING and I was out all that money. Terrible banking institution!!!

Great Local Credit Union. Staff is always super friendly and helpful
