Ladies was ok. I wasn’t told up front how HIGH the interest was going to be. I didn’t receive any paperwork which was fine. But I didn’t know how to get into my account. So I called them. Thank God I took one of the ladies cards. If I pay it off early will I have to pay the full amount? Interest I mean. Sincerely, Patricia L. Workman P. S. Why did I have to go to Waverly when there’s a OneMain in Wilmington? Half hour longer.

I was told i was “approved” only to get through the process and have them say i needed a co-signer. Literally never stated i needed one to begin with. Super unprofessional and a huge waste of my time.

Not very organized and the staff mood appeared passive agressive, anxious and fluttered running around asking each other questions that I was asking. I guess everyone was new, overwhelmed or not well trained. They did not seem to be able to answer basic questions about the loan I was applying for which bothered me but they promised to give me the money fast at a reasonable interest rate but the interest rate was higher on the contract than what they discussed with me over the phone and they could not give me a coherent reason for this. They sent me the loan application to sign days AFTER they approved the loan and transferred the money into my account. The application they sent had errors stating my monthly income was more than it is. I am concerned that there might be more errors in the future so I plan on paying this loan off ASAP and just go back to doing buisness with my bank..

OneMain was very helpful, but the best part is that is was very hassle free! They helped me out a great deal when I needed it the most and the whole process was very smooth as well as very fast! I did not have to play any long waiting games nor did I have to answer any 3 hours worth of questions. It was plain and simple. Thank you to everyone who handed my loan at OneMain! Y’all are great!

The collateral 1999 Mercedes Benz C230 Kompeessor sport for my loan is located at 7 Blethen St Lisbon Falls, ME 04252 - handle that before you harass me for payments. When Misty/Missy worked here and I lost my job during COVID she wouldn’t help with any type of loan payments/forgiveness even though I had been paying for GAP/loan insurance for years- after not helping with payments I asked if the insurance could be removed from my loan and she declined. I then attempted to refinance my loan 3 times - and despite my credit being 650 and offering collateral on 2 more vehicles (a 2004 and 2019) onemain refused to allow me to refinance

I cannot thank you enough, thank you for giving me the opportunity to fix my errors, re-establish my credit and continue on with very reasonable payments.
