I let my mom pawn my laptop which was in perfect shape. Then she went and got it out. We got it home i took it out of the bag and the door to the disc drive it broke off. They damaged my property which was not there but only in pawn til I picked it up. If I could give zero stars I would.

They treat every customer special, heck that's where I'm going shopping from now on!

I dealt with a really nice lady everytime went back many times always bought jewlery good stuff good deals, decided to layaway a pendant, made my payments always a head of time last payment due on a Monday i don't know why but i called on Friday to be sure everything was kosher i couldn't get there on Saturday because i had to go out of state i was told even tho my paperwork said Monday was my due date for last payment i was told i had to get it out of layaway BEFORE the due date of Monday or it would go back on shelf and id lose all my money. Very rudely too!! i had to beg to change my appointment out of state, go about 80 miles out of my way and get at the pawn shop when they opened on Saturday and get my pendant and then backtrack to my destination. i spent several thousands of dollars there and I've never gone back. That was last fall. I drove 40 miles one way just to shop there on a regular basis i have since taken my business elsewhere.

Bought a pressure washer paid a little extra for the 15 day warranty, it just wasnt what I needed. returned it no problem at all great customer service from a guy named Brian, took care of it in no time at all. u guys saying bad stuff about this place u really cant. pay for the warranty an keep ur receipt I mean come on how many pawn shops will do that for u

I had a 14k gold necklace with a 14k gold Cross pendant I needed to sell in order to pay my rent. My apartment had been burglarized leaving scrambling to make ends meet for the month. Brian K. appraised my necklace with pendant and made me an offer, but it was less than I needed and I didn't want to let it go for so little. After going to the car to discuss the offer over with my fiancee, I went back inside Cashland to tell Brian K. I was accepting the offer because I really didn't have a choice. That's when he offered me to pawn, instead of sell, my necklace with pendant for the same price... Oh, YES! Thank you!!!

Very long, but very honest review. I went there to look (and maybe purchase a firearm for squirrel hunting) I stood at the counter for 20 minutes while a sales lady was waiting on a customer, the other sales lady was just standing doing nothing, as she passed, I ask her if I could look at the bolt action 22 on the shelf, without stopping, she very rudely stated(and I quote) we don't let customer's handle the guns.(unquote)how can a customer buy a used firearm without making sure it's in working condition? The price on the firearm was over $300.00, I'm suppose to spend that kind of money without even given the opportunity to look at it. More importantly, there's a sign at the bottom of the firearm shelf that reads.. ALL SALES ON FIREAMS ARE FINAL!! So... spend several hundred dollars on a firearm that a customer is not permitted to touch, if it's not in working order, no returns. If it's a safety issue, put a few dollars into trigger locks. I went to Walmart looked and held several firearm, guess what?? They had trigger locks. Never again will I go to this place of business, between the not being allowed to hold merchandise, but the rudeness of the sales lady.

Always enjoy going here. The staff are always helpful and fun to aggravate.
