Writing this review because the sales team in Wilmington, NC is amazing. Working in the payments industry can be tough and challenging, but Carson Frady always seems to put forth the best solution for your business. You can tell he is constantly thinking on how he can help the business itself out. He spends time on every business and really finds ways to connect to the merchants on a deeper level. I have heard that most merchants look to him as a "son" because he is very easy going, willing to listen and learn. Doing business in Wilmington, NC or any of the Carolina's the service from EMS will be spectacular!

We used them for a National Convention in Cleveland. Mike Barrett could not have been more helpful. The machines worked great and they were intuitive to use. Will use them again and highly recommend them for any business and event.

I only wish I could give them "0" stars. In all my years of life and dealings in business, this company was the biggest "legal" scam I have come across yet. I should have done more research and I would have seen many others saying the same. We have charged approximitily $1,000 in cc's, never received a penny and they have charged us hundreds of dollars in fee's. Stay away from this company!
