I have had problems with access to my funds from time to time. Especially around tax time. Makes me think someone is investing the millions that folks lose access to in a short term investments. NO OTHER BANK DOES THIS! For yrs I had a problem with Bill Pay. That's recently been cleared up for now anyway. My problem is it's convenient to where I live although I'm a trucker and I'm not home alot.

I have had nothing but GOOD PEOPLE and positive outcomes from everyone that works here .. I WOULD LIKE TO SAY THANK YOU .
