Chelsea has been the best help ever! Instead of letting my broken english restrict us she has been very patient with me. I feel so much more comfortable visiting the bank knowing somebody will take time and effort in helping me.

The Willard staff is wonderful. They have always made me feel welcome and when I needed advise about a sensitive subject they were discreet and comforting.

Really nice workers! Was super fast and easy to set up my account and their mobile banking is very user friendly!

I have been a longtime customer at this bank,on my last visit to this bank I was treated and spoken to in such a disrespectful and degrading manner that I will now cut all ties and pull my money out as soon as my cd matures...there are many banks who appreciate their customers there is no reason anyone should settle for this cutthroat business!!!!....
