CheckSmart, Willoughby, OH

All the ladies at check smart are very nice, but I have to say there one ladies by the name of Bobbie that makes my day every time I talk to her she's always ❤ ready for. Any question,she's the best.

there is a girl bobbie her is is super sweet and she knows what she is doing! have issues in the past with paying my car lease and she always figures out and fixes the issue,not sure why she isnt a manager here because she knows what she is doing!

Everybody is oh so friendly and helpful!! They do money orders, western union,check cashing,bill payments, load able debit cards, and same day loans(it takes 15-20 in store& out) All of the stores are clean, organized,and very pleasant. Also they are quick!!!

Gabby is great! She's been so helpful everytime my husband and i have been in. Great customer service was provided for us on multiple occasions.

I have never had better customer care and appreciation before I worked with bobbie Harding there. She Welcomed me with a smile and was very helpful! I Will definitely recommend her to others and Thank you for the great work!

My experience is ALWAYS so delightful. The staff is always pleasant, helpful and very knowledgeable. Chantel , Bobbie, and Nikki are the BEST!!! Its always a pleasurable experience coming in, they are the reason I choose to keep coming back. Chantel was sooo very nice to me at the Mentor location that closed down, that I was excited to continue business with her at the WIlloughby location.

Always friendly and efficient. Shantel is always so cheerful and it makes the experience so much better. 5 stars minimum. Keep up the good work!
