Loan depot has done me very well. They are very helpful in every way. My loan representative Erica in wilmington ohio area. She went way out of her way to help me get a loan and my very 1st house! If it was for her and my realtor working together so gratefully and professionally to get things done in a very fast timely manner. Even with a very stressful situation with the title company they was willing to do what ever it took! I highly recommend them thats for sure!

We didn’t end up going with loan depot, but Michelle S. Was wonderful to work with. She was very personable and down to earth. She recommended other folks in her real estate network for different aspects of the process (not the lender process). I would definitely consider working with her in the future. She’s “good people” in my book.
