Poor management and office skills, lack of communication. If anything needs done someone's always on vacation and can't properly perform tasks you need done. Poor professionalism all the way around... never get a loan threw them unless you want games played with you when issues come up.. they needed my banking statements and unemployment info more then once for the same thing, I pay for the insurance on my loan incase I get laid off or get sick. When I was laid off they continued to pull money for the loan out of my account. They only refunded me 2 out of my 4 payments.. then wanna call and try to get me to make a pay for a month I was laid off.. I've never had to deal with so much hassle with any other loan providers. After this loan is paid I'll never go threw them again

Lisa is the best. It is always a good experience when you are approved for your loan when you are up against the wall, Lisa makes you feel great about your decision to go forward. Thanks Guys

Can't give payoffs for other branches 2 miles down the road. Seems suspect.
