Unprofessional and rude interaction a couple months ago. After a brief description of my situation, I was transferred to Kyle. I could tell from when I started talking to Kyle that this wasn’t going to work out. He expressed no enthusiasm or kindness about the fact that I had sought him out for his business - not the other way around. I continued with the call hoping it would turn around, but definitely felt like I was bothering him the whole time and felt as if he’d never, ever in all his years working in the business encountered someone looking for a mortgage on a somewhat short timeline. After taking a lot of my personal information, he said he’d follow up with me and talk about qualification. He never did. Now who knows what he will do with all that info he gathered. Maybe sell it? Doesn’t matter. I found one of his direct competitors who was helpful and kind, and they won the $400k+ mortgage I took out.

The team at Concorde Mortgage always exceed my expectations. While providing financing for buyers, they make the process simple, they take the time to thoroughly answer all questions and ensure that the process is seamless.

I would highly recommend Concorde mortgage it was a long process for me but everyone was was great that I worked with I did my research my Mom had used Concorde in the past they do go over and beyond to work on getting the best rate and the lowest fees I had found after a lot of shopping around
