Ive had two loans with this company. Extremely rude customer service. I do not recommend.

Very high interest loan with terrible customer service. Was told the account had to be on direct pay so I did consent under the impression the debit day was the due date. Now I am being debited 5 days sooner and the representative explains that the computer just generated the due date but I consented the other debit date. They rushed us through the process and were rude on the phone. I will not recommend them to anyone!

I was a great experience, working with Rose made it a lot easier, and faster.I will recommend Rose and her office to everyone,Thank You Rose!!

Polite. Very patient with me. Had insurance issuses. Had to switch, and had to leave. But Cindy was very understanding.
