The Ada branch is great and the people here are awesome! Would highly recommend, 10/10 service!!

Customer Service is hateful and not a good fit to represent a company that DEMANDS good customer service skills in order to thrive. I won't recommend to anyone or be back. I will pay my stuff off and go elsewhere next time.

Not bad until they put a fee in making your payment online and over the phone. Have to literally go in and make a payment or it's 2.95 extra. Gouge gouge gouge. Corporate greed at its finest. We never have missed a payment nor have we been late. Ever. That get rewarded? Hell no. Make us pay more.

In my opinion, this is a first class credit company. Terri has been very professional and courteous. She has taken the time to make sure all my concerns have been met. We need more Terri's in this world.
