Highly recommend Gateway and the staff at Michael McElroy’s office! We were kept updated on the process of our mortgage at all times and staff expressed great knowledge of the home buying process. They always had an answer to my questions and never made me question the accuracy of information. Very prompt at providing replies and documents for the process. Gave quick alternatives to home buying roadblocks. Everyone was always super nice despite having to put up with my grumpy personality! They made our loan experience pleasant in such a difficult market!
