If I could give them no stars, I would. I have repeatedly told them to stop contacting me due to me not wanting to be tied to my father in laws loan. They keep sending mail and trying to get in contact to get him to do another loan. At this point it is almost harassment and if I could sue, I would. Do NOT take any loans out from them. We get about 2 mail pieces from them a week and before I blocked them, they’d call me every day. It’s annoying and that is not how you do reliable customer service. If you’re on the verge of closing, please do. There should not be a bank or credit union that acts like a 5 year old child

I've been with red river federal credit union for 9 yrs it's been good to me. It's $5 to open an account,and you can get money orders for no, charge if you have an acct. I live in Tulsa don't wanna leave Red river they are really good.

Just opened a new account with RRFCU, Justine Prater was AWESOME. Her customer service was great at all times. I had to call for a little help with my mobile app account (my fat fingers) she was very patient with me and did everything she could to assist me, even waited until I got all set up. AWESOME Thank you so much.

I'm disappointed. I'm new to the area and was looking forward to banking with a great credit union. However, banking hours are horrible as I work Monday thru Friday. No weekend hours. And worst of all I cannot make deposits at the ATM. I tried the mobile banking and for some reason it does not post to my account. When I checked my balance at the ATM they charged me. Sorry Red River I need reliable access to my money without all the fees.

I have had numerous problem with this institutions, they are so in Bed with the Federal government ,Fortunately I Live in Lawton and there is Competition won't tell you what Crédit Union it is because it is possible RedRiver may turn them into the Federal Government. In fact with that being said I was on my way to Dallas needed Gas all my paychecks were going into Savings after multiple efforts of filling out a form requesting them to Correct the error it was still going into savings after 6 transfers they claim they are not allowed to transfer back and forth, I told them look i have filled out numerous forms requesting you to make sure my employer is able to deposit it into Checking they said they would do a 7th transfer and they would turn me into the Federal government. I told them Go ahead and do it because I am going to Dallas and you are not going to stop me This Credit union has there head so far uncle Sam Ass they cannot even serve there true Customers right.
