AS ALWAYS , GREAT SERVICE .... REALLY NICE FRIENDLY STAFF ....EXPLAINED EVERYTHING WHERE I CAN UNDERSTAND IT ....WILL DEFINITELY REFER FRIENDS AND FAMILY ....AND I WILL RETURN FOR ANY OF MY FINANCIAL NEEDS ....

Loses documents, never on time, just horrible. Don’t use them!

i have been a long time customer and always pay on time but everytime i go in the Ardmore office the service is very poor the loan officer could not show up on time for my appointment and then she had everything wrong so i had to wait forever i would not recommend them

Service is good, but dang your hours shouldn't be 9am, they should be "whenever we get there"! Can't ever get ahold of anyone 1st thing in the morning. Here it is 10am and still getting after hours recording!

The customer service was great. They explain everything and make sure you understand it before they let you sign anything. Great place
