I don't often give five stars but this young lady was so good and made me feel so comfortable

The ladies were very professional and friendly. Fast and accurate. Thank you guys for a 5 star experience!

Called to change my due date. Was told just call back and we can take care of it. Called and was told can’t do that now. I said oh I wasn’t told that before (not being rude at all) and I was told and I quote “well if you would ask I can’t read minds” seriously?! Because I made a statement about not knowing ?! Worse regional finance ever. Sincerely hope you have a better day. Immediately called a different branch and switched offices. Highly DO NOT recommend

I have had bad experience with this company in the past and present! They tell you money is available and then after payment, no money is there. Staff is not knowledgeable to know how to calculate easy math on how much money is reduced each day on money available after payment. In a loan business, you should know some math! Also, Staff should not quote how much money is available on a specific day if they can't keep their word!!

I’ve done business here for several years and I have never had any issues with anything I needed, whether that be loan payments, getting loans, paying off loans, or anything of the sort. Staff is always friendly and knowledgeable when I call with questions, and I don’t think I’ve ever been in there longer than an hour when it comes to getting a loan. You won’t find a more professional and friendly environment, I promise. Simply the best!!
