I took out a loan here when it was Springleaf. The company changed hands, not affecting my loan in any way. When closing out my loan and paying it in full I am having a major issue receiving my title to my property I had a lien on. It seems as though it behooves One Main to continue the great customer service they extend throughout the duration of the loan.... Upon closure of the account the fall short..... considerably..... which doesn't secure a returning customer. If you are looking for a long-term relationship with a loan company I would definitely suggest finding one that really cares a bout job security.
