I wish I could give no stars. I was told I was approved for a loan. Found the house we wanted. Paid $550 for inspections. $500 in earnest fees just to be told that they looked into my work history (was a stay at home mom for almost two years) and that I no longer qualify. How are you going to let someone continue the process? Fall in love with a home, pay money in the buying process just to be told I no longer qualify. They failed to do their job by saying it was an all go to then just be completely let down. My heart is broken for my family and now we will struggle without the funds that we just waisted. I’m very disappointed.

Lauren was absolutely phenomenal. Extremely responsive and helped walk me through the loan process. I highly recommend her. Horrible experience. I had received 2 different estimates from Promorgage. One was with the minimum needed for a FHA loan and one, with about 10k more down. After receiving the estimates. I went forward with the home purchasing process and paid for a home inspection. After the inspection was done and the loan went to the title company. We were asked to sign more paperwork. In this process we started to notice many more discrepancies in the paperwork and loan amounts. We called Promorgage, after being treated rudely and as if we were a nuisance to them. We found that the estimated payments that they gave us was around $200 a month more than what we were quoted. The major concern is over half of the overall mistake, was in principle and interest. These mistake happened 2 time. Once in the initial quote with just the minimum down and then again with a higher down payment. Both were lower estimates then what would be required to actually purchase the home Needless to say I can't trust there numbers and After consulting with a different lender. I found that the numbers still didn't seem right. I backed out of the deal entirely because I didn't know what I was paying. When I tried to get good information from Promorgage I was treated poorly. Promorgage needs to know that there loans are going to real people. People that are trusting that this is there business and that they know what they are doing. I wasted money on a home inspector because I trusted that a home lender could do the most basic of their job. It's would be one thing to get the estimates for the taxes and home insurance off. Don't worry Promorgage was off by about $75 per month with that as well. But the principal and interest should never change. Yet Promorgage had trouble getting that right. I asked Promorgage to make me whole and give some reimbursement to me. I feel it's only right because I went forward in this process based on there numbers. Promorgage refused but I'm wasn't surprised. They are not a professional company and don't care about there people.

Working with pro mortgage was a dream... Katelynn made our life so simple and easy. We compared different mortgage companies and at the end we came back to ProMortgage with no issues at all. They were even able to beat the interest rate of ALL the other mortgage companies we looked at. Everything was simple and easy made by our house buying stress-free and SO EASY ... it was easier then buying a pair of shoes. We could not be happier. Thank you

ProMortgage was a nightmare for my family.Had to submit documents over and over two different associates never could get the mortgage to go through lost 700.00 for an inspection fee and earnest money.
