Absurd customer service. Would never recommend! Apparently their job performance also includes “Western Union” which are the services I use, since I live out of town, the drive is closer to me than any other location. For the past 6 years I have been actively involved in Christian ministry, helping families in need. At THIS location, inside a “Lend Nation” loan department, in Bristow Oklahoma, I had a transaction for a new family in Pakistan. (I have used this location at least 3 times for one of my orphans, so I have a file already stored.) This particular family has been my brothers & sisters in Christ for 4 years and over this time, we have been very close. They have NEVER asked me for money. Because I am familiar with their situation, I decided to send them 100 as a gift from my heart. My husband also agreed. When asked the usual question, “Do you know the person you are sending money to” I replied “YES.” She then asked me for his name, I didn’t want to sound foolish pronouncing it and I knew she wouldn’t be able to spell it even if I did, so I turned the phone around pointed it towards the glass so she could type His name, courtesy towards her, to help her complete her job. I was met with a....”You don’t even know how to pronounce their name? Yet they are family?” I said, “They are family in Christ, yes, and it’s a Pakistan name and I’m American.” She then said, “I’m sorry this sounds like a scam and I have to protect the customer.” I explained, I know it’s not a scam, and not only that, but I’m protected by God. I didn’t need their protection and this was MY money, and MY choice, regardless what they assume. This was a mere $100. This family didn’t ask for it, this decision to help them was based solely on my heart. For people to refuse money to be sent out of kindness, is ridiculous. Especially over a mere $100 bucks. She then sarcastically told me to “Have a nice day,” (a smirky way of saying, “Get out.”) I told her, “unfortunately I wouldn’t be able to have a nice day, because she prevented me from helping a family in need.” She smirked and said, “Yeah you’re a Christian” then LAUGHED AT ME. This type of behavior is so unprofessional, ugly and beyond illegal. I hope this situation gets taken care of immediately, and I expect this transaction to be completed TOMORROW, or I may have to seek legal advice. I’ve already contacted western union, and they agree, she is in the wrong. They are filing a complaint and further instructed me to file a complaint via online, which I completed by email. I will be emailing this company as well as leaving this review. No stars

I got robbed at pen point. When the sign says we'll cash any checks they really mean we'll cash some and chargs you $31 to cash it. It would've been fine if the sign said how much the fee was. I wouldve gladly took my services else where. Location: Bristow, OK
