Check `n Go, Broken Arrow, OK

Applied online, got a call that I qualified for a loan. Gathered all my information and took it to the location. I also had to provide all other kinds of verification when I got there, almost just short of giving blood.. For them to tell me I didn't qualify after close to 20mins wasting my time! What a joke! Do Not recommend unless you have time to waste!

I have always had the best experience here at the 71st and Lynn lane store. The manager Cheryl Shieldnight is Amazing, always a smile on her face, cheerful, knows and acknowledges her customers as soon as you enter the store and makes you feel welcomed. I would recommend the Lynn Lane store to anyone...

My feelings about places like Check N Go are quite ambivalent. On one side, I have always been treated with great kindness and respect by the employees, specifically Cheryl. She is extremely cheerful and always polite and amiable. On the other side, I think companies like this are highly predatory and create a cycle of dependency which is very difficult to end. They treat their employees terribly, just like how they fired Frank after years of INCREDIBLE service. The owners are similar to drug dealers, in that they know they will always have desperate customers who need them, and because of this, they don't care about retaining great employees.

I've been coming here for almost 10 years now and I'm so sad that Frank is no longer here. He took the best care of his customers and tried to get to know us all personally. He was amazing but I have gotten to know Leah since hes left and she is just as amazing. I love that woman and she is the only reason I continue to come here. Just know if she leaves I will no longer come here. I'll go elsewhere and pay the extra finance charges. I've never met anyone like these 2 in this business and I love them both. Y'all messed up with Frank...dont mess up with Leah to. Five star service from those 2.

Chelsea was very kind, pleasantly helpful, and very knowledgeable at her job. She made my experience delightful! I would recommend this location to anyone in a tight spot until pay day!

I was in the store for a small loan and miss julie was very helpful and friendly and made me feel very comfortable about needing money before payday, I've been in other places and was not treated very nice . It was a very pleasant experience in Julie's store..Thank You
