OneMain Financial, Broken Arrow, OK

I've been a customer with OneMain Financial for the last 6 or 7 years, and I've never dealt with another bank or financial institution that has been as helpful and easy to work with as they have been. They have consistently helped me find financial solutions when needing either personal loans or auto loans. One of the things I most appreciate is how they never make me feel pressured.

Tried to get a loan. Got approved over the phone. They told me to upload many documents, ID, insurance, check stubs, etc into their database link that does not work. Then they said to email them the items. Email does not work. Then they said I have to call their tech support. I canceled the whole process. I do not have time to sit on the phone with their tech support. And to top it off, they won’t give you the loan until next week.

I have been a long time customer with One Main and have never had an issue until recently. I'm not bothered by the fact they couldn't help me refinance what I'm bothered by is the lack of help the so called loan lady was supposed to give me. I called 1x every week for 4 weeks to see how my loan was going and she kept giving me BS run around finally she calls and said oh your loan timed out because you took to long. Excuse me you've been MIA for 4 weeks. When she almost had me in tears because it was crucial to get this help she finally took it serious....I thought, it's now been another week and once again she called and had to leave a VM which I called back and now a day later I still haven't heard anything. I definitely feel like she doesn't take her job serious enough if she can't do anything for you. I'm assuming they get commission if not then she needs to learn to be a little more caring to even people that they can't help.

This company is a joke you get approval then spend hours gathering all there info. So they try and preasure you in to financing other vehicles. After you have a approval letter. Then they say well we won’t be able to approve this at this time. Also after I asked for 1 amount then they said well your collateral has a higher value than you are asking for. So I can get you this amount. No one communicates. The manager is a joke. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I will never take out another loan with them. they have a high turn over rate. when they call to tell you to schedule your payment date you do, they don't note it then a few min later you have another person calling you to see when you will pay. there is no communication between the employees and seem to be poorly trained. I suggest if you want to take out a loan to use family loans on 61st & mingo

I applied for a small loan, was approved and every thing completed fast and done and with great service!! I have always had great customer service in Broken Arrow! Thank you for all your help..
