Summit Roofing and Solar, Claremore, OK

They are one of the worst companies I’ve ever done business with! I made my monthly payment late and didn’t include the late fee so I received collection calls telling me my account was past due. Apparently if you don't pay your late fee (I didn't make it before they closed that day so late fee was assessed but I had already got money order for payment and was going to pay late fee the following month) your account is in collection status. They filed a small claim the first part of December because I hadn’t paid my late fee for October and wasn't able to pay my Nov 22nd payment until I got paid again in December. Also, I had an issue with a manager and asked to speak to a supervisor. They gave me the number to Tracy. She is very rude, hateful and unprofessional! I’m sure the owners would be embarrassed at her representation of the company! If you want a professional company who is willing to work with you and not chastise like Tracy did me you when you have a financial hardship go to Rogers County Loan or anywhere but there!

Horrible place to do business and a horrible place to work. I worked there they took my last paycheck, they told me my loan was paid off now they waited 3 months later to tell me I owe over$200.I agree with the company, VERY BAD FOR BUSINESS, I NEED TO TALK TO THE CEO!!! AND I WILL:) DON'T DO BUSINESS HERE OR PRYOR.EVR1 WALKS OUT ON THEM, THERE'S A REASON. She had me closing a store that I had never close in my life I'd only been there about a month I push something on the button and she didn't know how to fix it all because of that she fired me on the spot didn't bother telling me didn't bother answering any texts finally did four days later so if you're looking for a job this is what you're going to get. DISHONESTY!!!!! STABBED IN THE BACK!!!! TERRIBLE TRAINING, IF ANY.

I have nothing but good things to say about Cash Security and their employees. The employees are professional and courteous who really care about their clients and do their best to help you in whatever they can to help. Definitely recommend.

This place can not keep help. Several times I've gone there to make my loan payment, & they are closed during business hours, no one there. Yet if someone does happen to show up, they want to blow up your phone for your payment.

Best place in Claremore to get a loan. The employees are very friendly and it didn't take very long to get approved. I highly recommend them.

Troy was excellent. Communicative, professional, trustworthy. We are very pleased with our new roof, and felt like Troy and his crew went above and beyond. They didn’t cut corners. If they found something unexpected, they fixed it. They weren’t just trying to make a buck, but really cared about doing things with excellence. The crew also did a great job cleaning up! Our neighbor even expressed how impressed they were with the crew and the results.

Summit roofing did an excellent job on my house roof and guttering after a tree fell on my home. Troy, the owner, worked very close with me and my home insurance. He kept me informed of each step through the process. I would recommend Summit roofing to anyone. Troy, the owner, was very ethical, honest and hard working. His crew was very nice, clean and efficient.

I cannot say enough good words about Troy Methvin and Summit Roofing. My 87 yr old mother's house had roof damage,tree damage,fence damage,and even an iron front gate damaged in the Father's Day storms in Claremore. Troy took care of every entity involved,even the not so cooperative insurance company. He was very professional,great communication and we could not be happier. I don't know what we would have done without him,chased our tails!
