Rude and disrespectful. I didn't catch her name but she was hateful and gave attitude on the phone even after explaining of hard times and trying to fix it on my end. Customer service is a joke and lots.of Karen's working at this place when you prove you have paid for a payment.

I got a loan to help build my credit after a few mishaps, the ladies here was very nice and professional, explained the whole process to me (I’ve never had a loan before) and they make sure I know how many payments I have left etc. I even had a family emergency that made me forget about my payment so it was late, knowing I’m trying to build my credit they worked with me so I wouldn’t get a negative mark on my credit. They’re awesome would recommend to anyone.

Would recommend this place to anyone in need of a loan. Cynthia is quick, friendly and professional. when she said "i will call you back and let you know" she sticks by her word. Easy payment set up and easy application process.

The ladies are very nice especially Glena. She really put you at ease and I was in and out with my check. Great service.
