They always go out of there way to help u. Always so pleasant to talk to and care ab each customer.

I'd give them no stars if I could So rude, ALL have attitude problems, especially Iris and Pam. I cant believe they run a company, all sound like they're from the ghetto! I'll go next door from here on out, to World Acceptance!!

Just 2 ladies run the office Tabitha, new manager Dana whom both were very professional went way and beyond for us. I could never thank them enough. Ty

I would have given no stars if possible. My husband has a loan through thia company and he tried to work out a payment arrangement with them to pay his loan. They wouldnt work with him at all they were extreamly unperffesional about the whole situation,the lady even told him and i quote "to pay his F**king loan" then when he went to the office to speak with him they were even ruder there. I have never delt with people so unprofessional in my entire life. We will not be going back to them or ever recommending them to anyone!

The staff is friendly, supportive, understanding, thorough, & beyond patient with my time. I look forward to coming back here when the option arises again. If you're reading this comment & wasn't to sure about them, you should definitely check them out if you haven't yet & is close by to their location. The office manager even came out to assist me with some questions I had, confirming the outcome of my wariness. She's was very much uplifting & very assertive with each question I had, definitive answers is always a plus in my book, I don't like it when I'm receiving feedback, but they aren't so sure themselves. Double thumbs up overall for my experience here.

Tabatha was amazing. Working by herself and not feeling well, she helped every customer with a smile and great customer service. You have a great one in her. I will be back and definitely will be referring my friends and family to red river credit!

You can’t ask for better service. Tabitha and Cathy are so kind and helpful and no matter how busy they are, they take time with their customers. I could talk to them all day.
