God awful place! You have to call the loan place in the town you took it out at, then their main office location. They charge you an extra $3 to pay your loan over the phone. Joke of a company.

Staff treats you as if you are poor trash. And if you are ever even a day late, they treat you like a thief or criminal. Had woman call me a liar, threaten to turn me in to credit bureaus, and call my employer because I "wouldn't answer the phone".

This place is as pathetic as the two managers working there they have horrible customer service and are horrible to their employees
