The only reason this place has one star is because of Mindy. Otherwise I’d give it 0 stars because the customer service that the “supervisor” Kelly provides is by far some of the rudest of ever experienced. Not sure how she got into the position that she did, but she is always rude when I call but today was the absolute worst by far. When you are in the business of customer service , you have to speak to people with a certain etiquette and Kelly lacks etiquette and class. When/if she leaves this place would get 5 stars. I’ve been coming for years because of the pleasant demeanor of Mindy, but I can assure you I will be working overtime to pay my loan off to NEVER deal with Kelly again.

Misty is always very nice this is my second time around getting a loan she is very courteous and took the time to explain like it was my first loan. Even though she was working alone she is fast.

The 2 ladies....Katie and Brittany were awesome. I applied for a minimum loan and Brittany a mutually got me approved for a higher loan which helped me out even more!! Then I was sad to hear that Brittany is leaving!! I really hope she dont!! #brittanystay #keepbrittany
