Absolutely the most unprofessional place you could go to in the Durant are always very rude and hateful even if your ahead on your loan payments went in to make a payment for someone and couldn’t get any kind of receipt something doesn’t sound right

Business hours says open Monday thru Friday 9 -6 but sign on door says I'm on conference call, wait till I'm finished. Been waiting for 30 minutes. Don't waste your time at this place. They obviously don't care about their customers. 1 person left after 20 minutes, another person here waiting also. They just want to charge rip off rates and then not being responsive to customers!!! Go somewhere else!!!

Warning everyone I've been a customer here for 2 years. I had my loan paid off once. They sent me a note saying they would give me more this time. I took the bait. Was a couple days late on payment in August due to family tragities. I got a call from a new reseptionest who was screaming and threatening me. Only a few days late. She had me so upset I got out of bed and went and paid her. She said she was sorry for screaming at me like she did but was trained to tell and scream at all customers like that. She to call her in a few days to pay the $26 dollar late fee. I didn't have it I get paid once a month. So the next day the manager calls me up and screams at me so loud I got an anxiety attack. She screamed and harrased me so bad. I had to call the corporate office for help. I was told I called them a dirty name and I'm just not a hateful person. I know that's bad business. And I'm not sending my friends there. I didn't deserve that. A nice lady from the corporate office called me and I explained. She looking into this further. Asked me what was the reason for being behind I told her my son my son beat me up 2 times and lost my grandbaby and was put on meds for being suicidal. She said I could start paying every other month. How sweet.
