Loyal Loans, Edmond, OK

I have used Loyal Loans for 6 or 7 years. They are so nice and work with me whenever I'm in a bind. They have saved me many times. Thank you! They do have a lot of staff turnover so, I'm not sure what that's about.

Visited this place on 06Oct2020 for getting loan information. My visit is casual visit. Staff is customer friendly and nice. They have explained the process in understandable way. Good for those who need money. Office Hours : Monday to Friday - 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

I just had to jump on here and say WOW this place is awesome.. I called to get approved for a loan and the lady I spoke with her name was Tina, she was the sweetest, most patient person ever. Easy to talk to, which is nice when your dealing with something like a loan company. Understanding. I was approved way easier than I thought, haven’t even made it to get the load yet but I sure am glad I chose them! Thanks Tina, we need more ppl like you working EVERYWHERE.

I made the mistake of getting a loan here, and my wife got one as well well she fell behind on payments arrangements was made and after making the payment in which April said if a payment is made we won’t go to court, the next day they served papers, and after it went to court still getting calls saying if u make a payment, we can keep it out of court, after the court date. Then I make my payment and they are still calling asking for a payment and they have it. Yes easy approval but terrible customer service , I would not recommend at all unless it’s absolutely necessary

Walked in during business hours and was immediately turned away because they "didn't feel like" helping me so close to closing. Very unprofessional, very disrespectful woman in there. Never go here.
