Regan is the best experience you can ask for!!! She helped me when I was fresh out of a divorce with bad credit and managed to accept me, and I was desperate then! Fast forward to today, and she made magic happen a second time and got me exactly what I needed!!! She’s given me advice that helped me build my credit over time and I’m forever grateful. She is very understanding and very sweet! She is a HUGE asset to this company. Definitely ask for Regan when you go see them at World!

Very sweet and informative! Got help with my taxes because my work decided to not pay federal on my taxes and they helped me get it all figured out and understand how to make sure it doesn’t happen again! First time doing my taxes with world finance in elk city and it was easy and stress free!

I really appreciate the great help that I recieve when I go into the office. Regan and Tabitha are always very friendly and willing to help in anyway they can. Take care of you in a timely manner. They are very easy to talk to and I have never felt uncomfortable talking to either one of these ladies. Hang on to them they know there job . I have worked in customer service over 30 years and I would rate these ladies a 10 on the great customer service you recieve.
