Great bank with lots of knowledgeable an friendly staff. I’ve Been there 8yrs ,Only thing is at my branch the employees are always leaving.. Wish they would hold on to Their people longer.

Came in again today, and the customer service was amazing! Associate scericka, adamary, and Steven greeted me with a smile and made everything easy!

Banking is fine but The phone customer services’ bad

I have bank with city for 10+ years have 3 accounts & a steady direct deposit every month for over 5 years. I tried to deposit a check into my account that was signed over to me from my brother who has the same last name as me & the check came from a county jail & city national bank denied it & will not even deposit it into my account until it clears which it will because a county jail is not not going to give out a fraud check. They said he must be with me with ID at a city bank location. Well how's that gonna happen if he's locked up...... Wow Now I'm closing all 3 accounts & city is loosing a 10+ customer!
