What a bunch of crap these unprofessional people that work here had me waiting all day for the manager to call me back just to be hateful when i called them to be turned down even us poor folk with bad credit deserve for you to call us back even with a simple we cant help you. Learn to run the buisness professionally or look for another job. Point blank

I have nothing but good to say about Red River. You pay on time and they treat u great. Feel they would help anyway they can.

They will NOT work with you on making payment arrangements. Bunch of rude people who talk to you like they are better then you.

There really rude i will never deal with them again if you can go somewhere elce anywhere is better than here

When I opened my loan I made about $1000 more than I make now. I've told them my income completely changed. I lost all benefits, lost my over time & bonuses, so I make less. They still called my employer today asking for garnishment address, when my assistant manager gave her the number to corporate she came back with can you give her a message to call me so I don't have to take this route? - Is it necessary to say your going to garnish my wages? Knowing damn well you MUST go through the corporate office for that why call my store ? Why mention my name? Calls are recorded!!! Amanda 😘
