I have completed several loans with this location. Think this will be my last one. I have been told twice in several occasions they will call me back. This last time we 3 days and still no callback. And all I’m trying to do is make a payment. They claim they had a employee doing fraudulent stuff on people accounts. Renewing without telling you and taking the money. If you tell me your going to call me back. As a customer expect you to call me back as you stated.
