I called to inquire about a loan to build credit. I spoke with Catherine and she was so friendly and professional. I never felt judged or rushed or like I was a bother. She helped me and seemed happy to do it. She juggled multiple customers in office and on the phone by herself all day long, with a grace and calmness I could only ever hope to achieve in a similar situation. She thoroughly helped each and every one of us to the best of her ability. I'm incredibly happy I chose to make this my first call because I know I wouldn't have received quality customer service like this, anywhere else. Great job!! Fast process, prices aren't bad. All in all a pretty good place to build up your credit a little bit.

Catherine was very amazing at getting all of my information into their system at a perfect pace. She was very professional. She explain everything I needed to know in a way I'd be able to understand.
