My family and I came to Lawton all the way from Hobart which is about an hour away with my fiance and three kids (5, 3, and 1) and Anna not only put her lunch on hold to uphold an appoinment we had but also let our rambunctious children run around in the office which helped us tremendously. Brooke at 2205 Cache Road in Lawton... Wow. She is absolutely amazing. Customer service is phenomenal. She is so sweet, relatable, understanding, and provides exceptional service.

The manager is completely rude! I'm shocked that someone who works in the financial industry can be so rude and short toned!!! You are suppose to be there to help people, not act like you are above everyone else!! I will never try to send someone there that needs help! Not to mention, their customers complain that it takes hours to start a loan, and at least 45 min to renew a loan! They are ridiculous

Fast, friendly and always professional. When needed, the staff goes above and beyond to make you feel welcomed and valued as a customer. Everyone in this location is a rock star!

The best experience!! Amanda was amazing and got me the money I needed when I needed it. I went to a different location and had some trouble. And she got it all fixed up with no problem.
