UPDATE 8/31/23. STILL NO RESPONSE FROM CORPORATE ANSWER BELOW. Guess they not only lie about approvals they lie about RESOLUTION AS WELL. (Original Review) LIED to me about being approved in the Lawton, OK office (Dana). Stated SEVERAL times I just needed one more piece of info that I was having issues getting. Called back to advise regarding issue and was told they couldn't help me. I ASKED MULTIPLE TIMES if I was approved and was told YES each time. Then was dismissed after telling me I was in fact NOT approved like it was no big deal. Wasted 4 days for nothing. Horrible customer service. One last note my credit was dinged in the process as well. Only gave 1 star because you have to. UPDATE SENT COMPLAINT TO CORPORATE PER BELOW AND NO RESPONSE AS OF 8/18/23.

I paid off my account on August 30 2023 by cashiers check and overpaid by $640. It took them until September 18 to pay me back. Not even my mortgage company was that slow.

Was a busy day in the office. With a few computer issues. But I was in and out with funds in hand
