I have had this company for about 5 years and normally ever thing is good. Well I fell behind and recently got my loan caught up. I work an hour out of town and called today to pay off my balance. Summer was very rude once she noticed I was paying it off. She told me that the company's policy would not allow me to pay off using a debit card over the phone due to me needing to be there to get a receipt. I asked her how I was supposed to pay my loan if they are closed when I get off work. She told me I figured out how to borrow it, so figure out how to pay it. She proceeded to tell me to leave a money order under the door. I asked her how was I supposed to get a receipt. She said she could mail it to me, like they have done with every other payment that I made! Needless to say I called corporate and got my problem resolve and was sure to inform them of all of the other smart remarks she made. The company is great, but Summer not so much. Thank you to the lady at corporate that took care of me.

Yall want to talk about some amazing customer service workers then these ladies need to be talked about! Absolutely amazing in what they do, they know their stuff and treat u like family! I will being sending people to them before I send them anywhere else they deserve some beautiful feedback because they are wonderful ladies and amazing at their career! I always leave with a smile and laugh in my corner!
