Had an appointment at 2 to finish taxes. The person doing taxes decides to go to lunch after being there like 5 minutes and tell us we would have to wait. It’s one thing of we just showed up, but they knew we were coming at 2. After she came back she started helping others when she said she would get us right in after she got back. Will never do business there again.

All my loan payments were late this month due to covid 19. I got them all paid. None charged a late fee except Security Finance.
