First National Bank & Trust Co., Mangum, OK

Unfortunately this bank has lost the customer service and hometown values. My orginal savings account from 20+ years ago was drained due to inactive fees. I was not contacted and essentially my money was stolen. Calls to the management in Lawton and Shawnee eventually led me to no refund. The legal response was "If we refund your money after closing your account we would have to do it for everyone." I immediately pulled my CD for fear of losing it also. This should not be legal and it sure isn't taking care of a long time and loyal customer. If you know me personally you know my hometown loyalty and honesty.
