Check Into Cash, McAlester, OK

If I could rate a zero I would. Yesterday j won $500 on a oklahoma scratch off lottery ticket. Well, none of the gasstations around had $500 on hand to cash it in, so I just got a money order and went on to try and cash it. Tell me how a western union check into cash can't cash the money order?? She said i needed to have someone else sign the money order as the purchaser. That is FRAUD....... I was the purchaser and the receiver. I'm not going to commit fraud, nuts. Then she gets all snide. Never doing business with this place.

People are really nice. If you’re one day late they will call, call, and call, and also your work. Then when I’m actually ready and can make my payment, they won’t answer the phone. Called over 10 times with no answer within the hour.

There aren't enough stars to properly rate this office and the ladies working there. They're so kind and helpful! They're very thorough in explaining everything from start to finish. I've seen them handle difficult customers a couple of times and each time I'm in awe of their professionalism. They definitely have more patience than most people.

Check into Cash is one of the best places around to get your one stop money shop needs all done! The girls Susan and Danita are just terrific and are ALWAYS up on their feet to get your needs taken care of efficiently and with the best customer service around. Susan is such a joyful and down to earth person and I enjoy seeing her face there! & Danita is such a delightful person I always enjoy talking too! Check into Cash in Mcalester OK will ALWAYS have my 5 star vote but ONLY bc I can't put more! :)

I have been using the McAlester , OK branch of Check Into Cash for years. Thanks to their fast and friendly service, I’ve been able to get emergency cash in a matter of minutes. The staff and management there are great, and I HIGHLY recommend their service if you need some extra cash in a hurry. Their manager Danita is amazing

I have been in this store several times since their opening. I hope that the corporate office of check into cash realize how well ran this office is by Danita and Susan. Danita definitely sets the boundaries high for her employees. As anyone can see for themselves when visiting the store on East Carl Albert in Mcalester Ok. Susan is superbly intelligent and well versed in every aspect of her job related duties. This doesn't just happen its only seen in businesses where the Boss doesn't take for granted her employees and trains them exactly the way she was trained. This all sets a good environment that all customers will notice and appreciate. Thanks check into cash and to both of you guys appreciate your Services.

Susan saved my day! I went all over town trying to cash my work check, and Susan was able to take care of me. Super nice, and explained how it all works. I’ll be back in two weeks!
