The young lady helped me was very pleasant. Only one problem. I thought she said 21% and when I get home I looked at my paperwork and it said 51%. My credit is not that bad. I have done business work Regional since 2013

I got a check in the mail for a 1200 loan, and it expired before I could deposit it expired. I went into the office to obtain the loan - the staff wants very unhelpful, they made me wait all day before telling me there was nothing they could do for me after running my credit, making my score go down, and turning me away. Would not recommend to anyone, ever!!!

I stopped by today to handle business and I was seen by Sarah Burns. It was a quick, very detailed, and friendly service. Thank you for explaining everything to me to where I can understand.

Was not overnighted, by fed ex 5 days after completing loan.

When I apply at regional financial loan everything was a go I was approved for1,100 I was happy they were polite I had an emergency told them I can come tomorrow ok well I call them to let them I'm coming they call me back and denied me due to my social security check amount I felt disappointed and felt they should have honor their word and their company as well I post this because it was poor service when they should have told me before not after the fact
