Quad States USE TO BE A GREAT PLACE TO GET A LOAN WHEN GEORGE AND CARMEN WERE THERE .Not anymore, they charge you 30% interest and I have been doing business with them for over 20 yrs. Anyone wanting a loan don’t think about Quad States, they will welcome you and then turn around and screw you big time and lie to your face with a smile on their face. And you will never get credit for paying note off because they don’t turn anything in for you to get good credit report. Let me tell you my story. I had a note with my van as collateral, I turned in my van to them could no longer pay. Robyn told my husband the payoff was $3000. They sold it for $5200 and which I should of gotten the remainder of the money they got for the van. But of coarse Robyn said she had over $2500 in repossession fees for which I turned in the car and the keys to her myself. She then said we still owe over $1000 but she would take payoff of $387. But by rights she didn’t have no fees cause I turned in the car and keys and she sold it for $5200. So good luck if you go to Quad States for a loan. If you like to be lied to and screwed, by all means go to Quad States and they will do that for you

Have done business with them for years .All very nice very helpful .Never have a problem getting a loan from them .Easy pay choose your day and they really work with you on your monthly payment you can afford

Waited and caked up after trying to get a loan only to be told we need a cosigner why could they not have told us that from the start my family did buddies with them until the day my dad died defanitly wont mess with them again

I have done business with quad States for over 20 years, much like a credit union quad States rates are higher, but when your credit rating is not perfect sometimes you need the loan, I worked with Carmen and Robin and I have found that they are having to tighten there perameters on what they can loan .I have inquired about purchases since i have paid off my wifes car but they never respond, rarely in the office, or told there doing a repo. Im wondering if they are closing the office down, recently i applied for a new loan and i was never called back, sad i would never ignor a customer, i wont be doing any business with this office again very disrespectful. I made every payment on time with my last loan and paid it off 6 months early, i have had three loans one 16,000. One 8,000. And most recent was 6,000. There policies have all changed, cant imagine they will stay in business dissing customers.
