SAME PEOPLE Absolutely do not loan from this company ..they filed on me over 76.00 dollars THAT I HAD ARRANGEMENTS TO COME IN AND PAY! AND WAS AGREE ON BY THEIR REP! YES TAKING ME TO COURT OVER 76.00 DOLLARS IN LATE FEES LET ME ADD ITS NOT EVEN THE LOAN OF 250.OO I PAID THEM 300.00 IN ONE WEEK AND WAS SERVED THE FOLLOWING...I WILL NEVER DISPUTE ANYTHING THAT I OWE! BUT THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE THEY ABSOLUTELY DONT CARE THAT U TRYING TO RESOLVE A DEBT during a crisis ! AND SURELY DONT CARE ABT U LOSING YOUR JOB DUE TO THIS COVID MESS ...I WAS TOLD SO MUCH CONFLICTING INFO ITS SAD AND THE ONLY EXCUSE THEY CAN COME UP WITH IS OUR COMPUTERS DO NOT UPDATE FROM THE HEAD OFFICE COMPUTERS. Or we WOULD HAVE ADVISED U ..CLEARLY COULD HAVE TOOK CARE OF THE BALANCE IF I WOULD HAVE KNOWN I WAS BEING FILED ON!..BUT THIS IS MY FAULT BECAUSE I RESEARCHED THE REVIEWS AFTER THE FACT WHICH ARE HORRID! YOU TELL ME WHO WOULD WANT TO WAIST THE MONEY TO FILE IN COURT HIRE A ATTORNEY OVER 76.00 ON a customer THAT was willing to PAY! YOU BETTER RUN FROM THIS COMPANY..U LIVE AND LEARN NEVER AGAIN....AND THE 1 START IS ONLY BECAUSE I HAD TO SELECT ONE OR IT WOULD BE NONE!

These people are BEYOND rude and BEYOND unprofessional. The reviews don't lie. I will write a negative review on this company on every platform I find them on. I had arrangements on my loan and they still filed on me. Get everything in writing. You'd expect them to know how to do their job correctly but not everyone can be that competent I suppose. If I could give 0 stars, I would in a heartbeat. This is beyond the worst loan company I've ever done business with.

They helped me out with a loan of $1500. I had a heart attack and was in the hospital and my wife kept them informed on what was going on. As well as was paying them $100 a week from my short term disability check. As soon as I went to work and got a full check my check was garnished for $600 without me even knowing they took this to court after they said they were working with us. When I called and ask them about the payments my wife was making I was told that was to our other company and not them so I can either file bankruptcy or I could go to court and ask the judge for a exemption because they were going to get there money
