Very friendly and helpful at a time I really needed it

This place has great customer service. I will never forget the young lady that helped me out, her name is Jade. She was very informational and had such a wonderful personality. I highly recommend this office for starting up a loan.

I will never use them again! They have gotten my auto withdrawal information wrong, not only once, but twice. Then they charged me a late fee for their mistakes!!!! Interesting rates suck. I will take my business elsewhere. Nor will I recommend them to anyone.

I've had many of these small loans and I'm here to tell you that Regional has been the most helpful, understanding and easiest to work with. If and when I need a loan Regional is who I call.
