I firmly believe with all my heart the positive reviews on here are paid reviews or family/friends of staff. I have been with over 10 different loan companies as a customer and Loyal Loans is by far the worst. They harass you. I literally told them I would be in the next day to make a payment and they call me the next day before lunch before I have a chance to get there. They've called my workplace multiple times as well as all my references I left on file. I have NEVER missed a payment with them. I was a good customer. I cannot wait to never have to do business with them again. Good riddance.

I have had loans with them for years. They work with Olympus if you have a problem, they will bend over backwards to help someone out as long as the customer communicates the need/issue. For a loan place, they will forever have my business.
